Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP) is a worldwide phenomenon that has changed the face of surfing and become one of the fastest growing new innovations in surfing.

Inspired by ancient Hawaiians, the SUP is fun and easy to learn and can be used when the surf is flat or when there are waves, making it very popular and ideal for the Gulf. The SUP is basically a large wide surfboard that is used to ride & catch waves or just to paddle on flat water by standing on it and then using a paddle to move the board around. The boards can be used to surf waves or for offshore paddling, snorkeling, access to moored boats. Its also great exercise and great fun for all ages and all levels of experience. The board is also portable making it an excellent vehicle for exploring neighboring waterways from inland dams to coral reefs and remote waterways, basically anywhere with water
